After decades with Blue Cross, I was hesitant to change health carriers, but the information that Kim presented to me for Humana was thorough, straight forward and, best news, saved me hundreds of dollars a year. I even get to keep my primary physician and maintain all the benefits that I had before. Kim made sure that I understood the new policy and answered all my questions.
